General
Plugins can be used to provide data from any Intrexx application, such as
important sales data from various applications, or bundled appointments from
various calendars. Plugins are defined via the
properties dialog of the
application node or the roperties dialog of a data group. To define multiple
plugins for different data groups, select the
Plugins
tab of the application's roperties dialog. There you will see an overview of
all plugins defined in the application. If you want to define a plugin for a
single data group, go to the
Plugins tab of the
properties dialog for the corresponding data group. An overview of plugins
defined for that data group is shown there. Creating a plugin works the same
in both dialogs. The only difference between the two is that when creating a
plugin via the application in the first dialog, the desired data group
needs to be selected. When creating a plugin through the data group, t
he data group is already selected and cannot be changed.
Intrexx Share plugin
One of the most important characteristics of Intrexx Share is the seamless integration
of any application. Intrexx Share plugins can be defined in the Intrexx applications
via the properties of the data groups. Users with sufficient permissions can subscribe
to the defined plugins in Intrexx Share in the form of apps. A plugin essentially consists of two parts:
Post display page (Desktop or mobile)
This page displays the post in Intrexx Share. Here you have the option to display all of the required information.
Edit page (Desktop or mobile)
If a plugin has been subscribed to, or made available as a predefined plugin, in the Apps tab of the
input area of Intrexx Share you can find the input page (configured in the plugin) of the corresponding
applications. Frequently used functionality, e.g. holiday requests, callbacks, activities, can thus be
used very conveniently, directly in Intrexx Share.
On the Plugins tab in the properties of data groups, the plugins required for Intrexx Share can be defined.
All entries and records in data groups, for which plugins have been configured, will be displayed in Intrexx Share.

Please note that when you delete a plugin, the posts already generated by it in Intrexx Share will also be deleted. |

Pinboard portlet or by using the
Pinboard element in the
Design module to display it on a portal page. For example, you can enable the
Pinboard to quickly see changes by portal users to reservations on your company vehicles or to customer data.
